* This will be a structured conversational process for knowledge sharing in which groups of people discuss a topic at several small tables. All workshop participants will be involved in the sessions. All groups will discuss all four topics (each ~15 min). See topics below:

• How cost-effective are mitigation and adaptation measures
• How external costs concept could be integrated into policies
• How to make public better understand the costs of climate change
